Ошибка при создании заявки No such TicketID

Здравствуйте.

Есть такая ошибка в системном журнале.

Что означает? Правильно ли я понял, что он не смог добавить в таблицу "ticket_history" по причине того, что не смог добавить в столбцы ID владельца и очереди?
Пришло 2 заявки, первая с номером 9 с ошибкой, а следующая с номером 10, но ошибок на ней не было.
Я верю, что косяк мой был, просто понять из-за чего ошибка такая вылезла.
