При входе в сервер/otrs/index.pl выходит ошибка

В логе апача написано "Can't locate object method "GetOption" via package "Kernel::System::Auth::Sync::LDAP" at C:/otrs/OTRS/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Auth.pm line 157, <DATA> line 749."
При входе сервер/otrs/customer.pl система работает без сбоев
В чем может быть ошибка?
Версия отрс 3.3.9
Програма работает под WinServ 2008
